The approx. 45 m² studio apartment is a penthouse located on the third floor facing south/east with a vast roof-deck that offers a magnificent view on the Predigtstuhl.
The apartment is tastefully and comfortably furnished and accommodates 1 or 2 persons. The bright and friendly combined living- and bedroom has allergy-friendly hardwood flooring. There are two beds with sprung mattresses and slatted frames on each side of the room. In just a few simple steps, the beds can be converted into a sofa. The room is also furnished with a dinner table, two padded chairs and a closet. The kitchenette which is integrated in the room is equipped with an electric stove with oven, coffee maker, toaster and all conventional cooking utensils.
The bathroom is equipped with a sink, bathtub with shower and toilet. Towels, kitchen towels and bed linen are provided.
In consideration of our guests, smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. The exception is smoking on the roof-deck which is equipped with a marquee. Pets are only allowed after prior consultation with us. The elevator only goes up to the second floor; the third floor can only be reached via the stairs. The elevator does not go down to the underground garage.
