In the 2-room apartments, living- and bedroom are separate rooms. The living rooms contain spare beds, either in the form of wall-mounted folding beds or convertible sofas. The kitchenette is usually in a separate room. In some of the apartments, bathroom and WC are separate. The apartments accommodate 2 to 4 persons. THE APARTMENT
The well-divided 2-room apartment with approx. 52 m² is located on the second floor and has a south/east-facing loggia that offers a magnificent view on the Predigtstuhl. The comfortably and tastefully furnished apartment accommodates 2 to 4 persons.
The living room and the bedroom have allergy-friendly hardwood flooring. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed with sprung mattresses and adjustable slatted frames and a spacious closet. The living room is separated from the bedroom with a connecting door, which makes the apartment appear more spacious. The living room is furnished with a comfortable upholstered suite, adjustable table and a wall system with TV and hifi system. The sofa can be converted into a bed to accommodate a third and fourth person. WLAN offered
In the separate kitchen area is equipped with a folding table and two chairs and a modern kitchenette with electric stove with oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all conventional cooking utensils. The bathroom is completely refurbished and equipped with sink, shower and toilet. Towels, kitchen towels and bed linen are provided.
In consideration of our guests, smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. The exception is smoking on the roofed loggia. Pets are only allowed after prior consultation with us.
THE HOUSING AREA
Guests appreciate Haus St. Zeno because of its secluded, central and evenly situated location.
The clearly laid-out underground parking garage can be reached via an access road and there are additional parking spaces at the back of the house. The house is equipped with an elevator, a coin-operated washing machine and dryer. Each apartment has roofed balconies that run along its entire width.
The penthouse apartments have spacious roof-decks providing a fantastic panoramic view. Balconies and patios are furnished with sun loungers, tables and chairs. The apartments are mostly fitted with allergy-friendly hardwood flooring. In the entrance area, a staircase leads to the upper floors. The elevator there only goes up to the second floor. The third floor can only be reached via the stairs.
You cannot get directly on the elevator from the parking garage. There is an iron staircase, but we would not recommend using it to carry your baggage upstairs. We recommend using the loading area in the driveway to unload your baggage and to enter and exit the underground parking area via the access ramp. At the access ramp, there is a post that contains the locking system for the garage door. Your house key also serves to open the garage door. The gate closes automatically. There is a radio and a satellite TV in every apartment.
Due to the central location, it only takes a couple of minutes by foot to reach the Kirchholz area, the Karlspark, the Kurgarten (spa park) with Gradierwerk (thorn house) and music pavilion, the Kurmittelhäuser (wellness and therapy centers), the municipal hospital, the Kurgastzentrum (visitor's center) the train station and the post office, the closest food store, a variety of good and fine restaurants with cozy beer gardens and the newly designed pedestrian mall. Close by, there is an Edeka food store, a drug store and Aldi.
There are bus stops for public transportation in the Zenostraße. The Citybus, which can be used free of charge with the visitor's card, travels between the Rathausplatz (town hall square) with Alte Saline and academy of arts, St.Zeno/Mayerhof and Rupertustherme every 12 minutes.
